It is a requirement of all mortgage lenders that the mortgaged property has adequate building insurance in place.

For new purchasers we can also ensure that cover is in place from the first day it is required and for re-mortgage clients we can schedule the policy to start at your next renewal.
Once a policy is in force, we then proactively review the market prior to each renewal to ensure that your current insurer remains competitive or alternatively we recommend an insurer with a policy more appropriate to your requirements.
